In celebration of National Kitchen and Bath month,
Symmons Industries is planning on donating its bath fittings products to Homes for Our Troops, an organization that builds custom homes for severely injured veterans. Symmons will donate lavatory faucets, kitchen faucets, tub/shower systems and plumbing supplies to the organization, which will be installed in a home in Middleboro, MA.
“The men and women that serve in our armed forces deserve the services provided by this organization, and as a U.S.-based manufacturer we are proud to put Symmons products in their homes.” said Tim O’Keeffe, executive VP of Symmons Industries. John Gonsalves, founder and president of Homes for Our Troops, said, “Our success in providing severely injured veterans with homes specially designed to give back the freedom and independence they once knew relies on the support of the community. Companies like Symmons Industries truly understand the importance of giving back.”
Symmons employees will be on hand for the three-day Build Brigade to help with the construction of the home’s weathertight frame next spring. “We look forward to working with Homes for Our Troops in the future and to providing our veterans with products needed to make their new homes comfortable, safe and stylish.” said O’Keeffe.
