Dacor’s new Renaissance cooktops offer a range of cooking options that are sure to please home chefs. The units feature Illumina burner controls, which emit a flame-blue glow to indicate when the burners have been turned on. The SimmerSafe indicator light is an additional reminder that the cooktop is on, even when the flame is barely visible at low heats. Available in two widths in stainless steel and black finishes, the Renaissance 36-in. gas cooktop features five burners and the 30-in. model offers four burners.
