With this in mind, designer Jennifer Gilmer, CKD, of Jennifer Gilmer Kitchen & Bath, Ltd., in Chevy Chase, MD, reconfigured the floor plan, as well as cabinet runs, eliminated wall space and applied the same materials throughout to transform what had been four disassociated areas into one well-functioning kitchen that is as sociable and welcoming as it is accessible.
