EuroCucina: The Art of Economics, Part 1

Despite a smaller footprint, EuroCucina 2012, which was held April 17-22 at the Milan Fairgrounds in Rho-Milan, Italy, still yielded much in the way of spectacle and trends. In the four halls that housed the show, visitors from all over the world swarmed the booths, jockeying for a clear view of the latest kitchens, and exhibitors once again delighted with lavish displays that gave new meaning to the term “culinary art.”
