Taking its name from the Japanese word for traditional paper-and-bamboo lanterns, Foscarini’s Chouchin features a lacquered blown-glass diffuser available in three shapes and colors. The largest, Chouchin 1 measures 15 7/8 in. in diameter and 12 3/8 in. high and is offered in orange; Chouchin 2 is 8 7/8 in. x 17 in. and comes in green; and the gray Chouchin 3 is 12 in. x 9 7/8 in. All three accommodate halogen and fluorescent lamping.
