Thermador Showcased in The New American Home 2011

August 31, 2010

Thermador has been chosen as the featured luxury kitchen appliance provider for The New American Home (TNAH), the annual showcase house presented by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) at the International Builders’ Show (IBS). The 2011 IBS show runs January 12-15, in Orlando, FL.

TNAH began in 1984 and has showcased the products provided by the National Council of the Housing Industry (NCHI). The finished dwelling doubles as both a show home and for-sale product and as a collection of ideas that builders, remodelers, architects and designers can take away to apply to other homes across the country.

The 11,200-sq.-ft. showcase home integrates state-of-the-art technology in an American Empire design with Greek Revival elements. The kitchen will include built-in Thermador Professional series ovens, microwaves and the recently introduced Steam & Convection oven. The primary cooking appliance will be the Thermador Professional series range top accompanied by a matching custom hood insert. Refrigeration, wine preservation columns, a warming drawer, a built-in Savor coffee system and the Sapphire dishwasher round out the space.
