Victoria & Albert Bath has launched an easier-to-navigate website with more product photos, technical details and installation guides.
According to Karl Schuele, the U.S. sales and marketing manager for the company, the new site has received more than 20,000 visits worldwide in 12 weeks, thanks in part to its "clean graphics and straightforward text." He added, "Our new site has done wonders for our web traffic."
Visitors to the new website can quickly access product specifications and multiple photos of the entire collection of volcanic limestone English cast bathtubs. Browsers can contact online customer service, usually in real time, to locate the nearest showroom and product displays. Included are codes for easy reference plus information on how to register product warranties.
The site offers follow-up on all requests within 24 hours and gives customers and installers immediate, 24/7 access to detailed product specifications, including fitting and drilling instructions and hardware compatibility. Also available are details on ball-and-claw foot options and drain kits. Designers can access 2D Autocad files and free 3D SketchUp files.
