American Standard Offers One-Stop Resource for Accessible Home Design

November 07, 2012

With the number of aging homeowners on the rise and multigenerational households becoming commonplace, American Standard Brands has established an online resource that showcases a number of safe and accessible product solutions.

The website offers a range of home design and independent living solutions from walk-in tubs, zero-threshold showers and wheelchair-accessible lavatories, as well as resources from the National Association of Home Builders’ (NAHB) Certified Aging in Place Specialists (CAPS) Program.

The site contains articles, tips and product videos to help homeowners create a safe, stylish and comfortable bath. Key site features include product information and streamlined site navigation, as well as a “My Projects” section that allows users to track costs and product selections. The “Project History” section will remember favorite products, recent searches and can also alert users regarding updates about product documentation, repair parts or price changes.
