Elkay has announced its 2015 “Kitchen Design of the Year,” the company’s first-ever social contest for designers to showcase their best work using Medallion Cabinetry. To enter, designers need to submit a photo of a finished project to Medallion Cabinetry’s Contest Page on Facebook by Oct. 19, 2015.  

The Top 25 finalists will be selected and posted on Nov. 4, 2015.  The Grand Prize Winner and two Runners-up will be determined by Facebook votes as of contest close on Nov. 17, 2015, and will be announced on or about Nov. 18, 2015. 

The Grand Prize winner receives a $4,000 vacation package, a professional photo shoot of the submitted kitchen, an iPad and the official title of “2015 Medallion Kitchen Design of the Year.”  Two Runners-up receive a professional photo shoot of the submitted kitchen and an iPad.

“We are looking for kitchen designs that inspire, and we are thrilled with the caliber of entries we have already received,” said Suzanne DeRusha, Elkay product innovation and design manager.  “Medallion is one of our top cabinetry lines, and it is satisfying to see Medallion’s functionality and beauty so artistically showcased.”
