Karen Benner, director of architecture at The Neighborhoods of EYA in Bethesda, Md., was honored as the 2015 Young Green Professional of the Year.

Now in its third year, the Best in Green Young Professionals Award recognizes an individual under the age of 45 engaged in local or regional sustainable building efforts.

Nominate a peer (or yourself) today: Entering is easy and free. The winner will be announced at the 2017 NAHB International Builders’ Show (IBS) Jan. 10-12 in Orlando.

The winner will receive:
