Interline Creative Group President Jim Nowakowski to Present at KBIS 2016

December 29, 2015

Jim Nowakowski, president of Interline Creative Group, Inc., a full-service B2B marketing agency in Palatine, Ill., returns with two new Voices from the Industry sessions on customer acquisition and retention at the Kitchen and Bath Industry Show (KBIS) in January 2016. The one-hour courses, “How to Target and Hit the Right Customers” and “Staying in Front of Your Customers in a Digital Environment,” are targeted to architects, specifiers and designers and will reveal valuable techniques for acquiring and retaining new business. Each course is worth 0.1 NKBA credit, 1 NAHB Credit or 1 NARI credit.

“How to Target and Hit the Right Customers” is designed for today’s executive working in a challenging economy. The course reveals proven tactics that will help increase sales by “taking control” of finding new customers and nurturing them. The course will impart an understanding of how customers and prospects consume, create and distribute information while revealing the executive’s role in attracting and nurturing new business. The presentation will include real examples to help the audience identify with the strategies.

“Staying in Front of Your Customers in a Digital Environment” will discuss how businesses can better understand the market today in regards to servicing their customers despite digital disruption. Attendees will gain a better understanding of the different types of tools available to keep services relevant and of their own value and differentiation in the digital climate today.

“The foundation of a solid business rests on service and knowledge,” Nowakowski says. “My courses will reveal the tactics needed to gain detailed knowledge of customers in a digital and data-driven environment, so you will be positioned to provide unparalleled service.” Nowakowski, who has presented NKBA-approved, marketing-related CEUs at the 2010, 2011, 2012, 2014 and 2015 KBIS shows, says attendees have been keen to understand how to deploy effective, yet uncomplicated marketing tactics to boost business, especially during challenging economic times.

Nowakowski will present at KBIS on January 19, 2016, at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. “How to Target and Hit the Right Customers” will be presented from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. in room N223, and “Staying in Front of Your Customers in a Digital Environment” will be presented from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. in room N227.
