Jeffrey Court Creates Educational Forum for Product Knowledge

Jeffrey Court has introduced Jeffrey Court University, an educational video series of “Chapters” aimed at guiding tile-dealers, distributors and consumers through the ins and outs of Jeffrey Court’s collections. In an effort to provide fundamental product knowledge, Jeffrey Court University aims to make learning entertaining, quick and painless. Also outlined in the series will be: basic terminology, design basics, new collections as they are released and a forum in which viewers can request additional subject matter.
“The concept of Jeffrey Court University was born out of the need to continuously educate on our customer’s time frame,” said Jeffrey Court Vice President of Trade Frank Toms. “In today’s strengthening market, everyone is incredibly busy. By using technology and having the program online and available 24-seven, we believe we are setting the bar for training and product knowledge.”
To furnish the true vision of educating customers on the Jeffrey Court Collections, Jeffrey Court University’s video series includes 14 videos (an introduction on each of the brand’s Collections), as well as accompanying resources to further brand knowledge.
