Marking another collaboration with VitrA,
Ross Lovegrove’s new Freedom collection, which includes faucets, as
well as a bidet, washbasin and toilet, continues to explore the concept
of “organic essentialism,” an underlying theme of his work. This series
is intended to be viewed as uninterrupted forms that flow like
sculpture and follow the movement of water. Inspired by the elements
and aesthetics of the natural world, the faucets have a light, ethereal
quality with asymmetrical planes that tilt down toward a rounded spout.
