The Architec panel tub by Duravit was designed as a modern approach to the standard alcove bathtub. With sophisticated features such as a smooth apron front and adjustable feet, the new tub offers quick and easy installation time while substantially reducing set up costs. Crafted from high-performance acrylic, the Architec tub features a distinct flat apron front and an integral tile flange on three sides that allows for a continuous flow of the front panel to the floor. Adding to the tub’s features is the incorporation of a leveling foot support system. This element of the tub’s design allows for efficient installation by eliminating the need to use additional bedding compound, a material that is applied evenly underneath the base to adhere it to the foundation and provide maximum support and even weight distribution.
