MaxLite has introduced a 15-watt LED G40 Globe for vanity and decorative lighting fixtures. The dimmable LED G40 is an ideal replacement for a 90-watt incandescent lamp and can be specified in a wide variety of bath applications, as well as in other areas of the home. The G40 Globe is constructed with LEDs that deliver a high 900-lumen output that is maintained by a proprietary, integrated thermal management system. The housing of each cool-running lamp is constructed of die-cast aluminum, which acts as a heat sink to provide thermal-heat conductivity.
