Big Chill, manufacturer of colorful, retro appliances has developed an affordable and stylish induction option to offer the market: the Retro Electric Induction Range. Available in more than 200 custom colors, the 30-in. electric induction range will accommodate a full-size commercial 18-in. by 26-in. baking sheet. The oven provides precise temperature control, which delivers even heat distribution resulting in versatile performance. The Big Chill induction range features four cooktop induction zones that automatically adjust to the size of the pan, nine heat settings on each cooktop burner, a Power Booster function that boils a gallon of water in less than five minutes, the Heat Accelerator function to kick start the cooking process on all cooking zones and a Keep Warm function that allows two levels of even, low temperatures. For safety, the knob can be electronically locked, and the unit includes pan detection technology.
