Elmira Stove Works has introduced the latest addition to its Northstar collection, the French-door refrigerator. By combining iconic 1950s-style with the modern amenities of contemporary appliances, the new refrigerator provides an additional option for consumers looking for a larger-capacity model. Available in two versions—a full-depth model 1958 and a cabinet-depth model 1959—both feature frost-free operation, an interior filtered water dispenser and ice maker, glide-out freezer baskets and pantry drawer, electronic controls and Energy Star efficiency. The 1958 has a 24.8-cu.-ft. capacity and retails for $5495, while the 1959 offers 19.8-cu.-ft. of capacity and retails for $5595. Northstar French-Door refrigerators are available in nine standard hues or can be custom-colored.
