Minimalist in design, the AI/AW 442 island and wall-mounted hood from Gaggenau reduces cooking vapors and odors quietly and efficiently. The hood has a tilted baffle that filters with 90 percent grease separation capacity and a wider capture area for vapors. Another new feature is a dimmable warm white surface LED light bar.
