The oven is cast with a 3-in.-thick monolithic stone hearth floor and dome to allow for an even transfer of heat. The oven is designed to achieve the high temperatures necessary for traditional Naples-style, thin-crust pizza and is also ideal for cooking anything from proteins to light frittatas. The Bistro Home 4343 is available in a variety of finishes, including stainless steel (standard) and stucco ready or façade ready for stone or tile applications. Pricing for this oven starts at $16,900.
