Duravit’s Luv is a Scandinavian-inspired collection of washbasins bathtubs, and bathroom furniture. Created by the company’s first female design partner Cecilie Manz, Luv is inspired by soft, muted colors and curved shapes. The series encourages designers and consumers to create an individualized look, with consoles and washbasins available in a variety of finishes and
storage options. The washbasins are made of DuraCeram and offer large inner basins and clean edges. The glazed exterior is available in satin matte white, gray or sand. On the versions with an incorporated tap hole platform, the tap fitting is mounted centrally at the rear, and on the small hand rinse basins it is fitted on the left or right side.
The Furniture Guild unveiled the Riva 406 vanity collection – a customizable, modern line available in more than seven configurations, including single and double basins, with sizes ranging from 24 to 96 inches. Its wall-mounted design is ideal for smaller spaces, and its façade hides a generous interior with full-length drawers. Each unit comes with three drawers, and units can be joined together for counter space and storage. The selection of finishes includes wood textures and lacquers.
TOTO introduced the freestanding NEOREST Remote Control Stand, a solid brass unit that integrates the remote control unit with two paper holders. The elegant stand measures 2-3/4 feet high and 10 inches wide.
Walker Zanger’s Ellington collection was inspired by the Jazz Age and features a fusion of stone and metal and Art Deco architecture. The Empire pattern (shown) is directly connected to New York’s moniker as The Empire State and uses dimensional brass inlays to recall the look of a New York skyscraper lobby at the heart of the Jazz Age. The Ellington collection offers a variety of patterns by highlighting four stone options (cotton, ebony, Carrara and cinder) and three metals (brass, copper and stainless steel).
Hastings Tile & Bath’s Open Collection combines open shelving with the warmth of wood. It features matte white cabinets with drawer fronts in 36 colors in matte or glossy finishes or in 10 wood finishes and matte solid-surface countertops. The collection also offers tall storage cabinets that complement the vanity’s horizontal styling.
The Gordano 6032 tub from Victoria + Albert was on display with the new Rossendale 91 basin. The bathtub can be installed as a drop-in or undermount unit and features four adjustable feet for adequate leveling and easy installation.
Aqua Forte from Marble Systems is an artisan technique where organic or intentional patterns are etched into natural stone using multiple etching and engraving methods. After the etching process, the stones are hand colorized, gilded or glazed with natural and organic dyes and materials.
Graff’s Tephi Bathtub and Sink are made with the company’s Sleek-Stone material and offer a warm and smooth touch and feel. Sleek-Stone is a composite material that combines dolomitic stone with a resin to create a solid surface that is easy to maintain. The tub features an integrated overflow and can be paired with a matching sink in matte or gloss white finishes.
The Vita Acorn lampshade is characterized by roots from old oak forests and combines a glass look with metallic accents and a soft, silicone finish. It is available in black or white with three metallic finishes – polished brass, polished copper and polished steel. Acorn can be used alone in a smaller or space or in clusters in larger settings.
Antolini’s Quartzite Michelangelo is a solid choice for kitchen and bath countertops and walls. It offers shades of blue and dusty red in a natural stone.
Gessi and architect David Rockwell have designed the Inciso Collection of bath fittings and accessories – marking the company’s first collection in collaboration with an American designer. The collection offers a clean, modern look and is customizable and flexible for a variety of environments; it is made of solid brass and is available in a variety of finishes, including black, nickel and bronze. The design draws from the classic form of early plumbing fixtures and the refined, architectural sensibility of modern metalwork.
KEUCO offers a variety of stylish fittings and accessories designed for comfort and safety, including large showers, barrier-free shower trays flush with the floor, well-placed and sturdy grab bars and shower seats. The PLAN tip-up seat offers a comfortable sitting experience with a soft and slightly recessed foam seat and a high load carrying capacity. It is available in two sizes and three colors – dark gray, light gray or white – and the wall bracket comes in either a chrome-plated or aluminum finish.
Nemo Tile + Stone’s Patchwork, designed by Italian architect and designer Piero Lissoni, is characterized by square tiles with intricate texture and depth via a concentrated grid of thin grooves cut across a glossy finish. Some tiles highlight a perpendicular grid; some showcase grooves extending at a 45-degree angle; and others feature a series of stand-alone horizontal or vertical lines. The tiles have been designed with both matte and gloss finishes.
The Déco Collection from WetStyle combines geometric forms with delicately rounded radii. It features a combination of aged satin brass or black matte metallic accents with wood finishes and soft matte lacquers. The collection was designed by Joel Dupras, Pierre Belanger and the WETSTYLE Design Lab and is available in five different sizes with floor- or wall-mounted vanities and freestanding or wall-mounted storage cabinets. The collection is offered in multiple oak, walnut and exotic wood finishes, including Torrified Eucalyptus and Mozambique (shown).
Ground Control from Juniper Design Studio is a NASA-inspired series of brass surface-mounted accessories that includes a double USB charger, electrical plug, toggle switch and dimmer knob. The series is inspired by the dials and switched of mid-century mission control rooms.
Foxtrot from Artistic Tile features a variable natural stone combined with linear, man-made brass accents that are inlaid rhythmically through elongated stone field tiles. It is characterized by the opulence of the Jazz Age with modern sophistication. It can be used for interior walls, floors and countertops.
Abstract Rhythm pendants by Sonneman feature abstract shapes layered in progression to form linear and three-sided, curved luminous reflections. LED light radiates from the center through voids in the layers.
The Infini bath collection was produced by THG-Paris in collaboration with Limoges porcelain manufacturer, Haviland, and it features an elegant, curved spout. French artisans and porcelain masters engrave each piece in a counter-relief pattern inspired by solar radiation.
Stone Forest’s Renaissance and Vintage Console tops are now available in Marquina Taupe marble. The Renaissance washbasin (shown) features a dark gray marble with hints of brown and tinges of purple, bisected by bold white veins.
The Light Ring Horizontal from Henge is a luminous composition now available in the new black eucalyptus finish.
The Vaia series of fittings from Dornbracht is suitable for traditional, transitional or modern spaces with its soft design. The handles are available as cross handles or as levers, and the series offers delicate spouts and tapered rosettes. It also includes fittings and accessories for
washstands, bidets and showers and is available in platinum matte and polished chrome finishes. The company will soon introduce a new finish to the collection – dark platinum matte – for some added old-world charm to the bathroom.
Devon & Devon’s wallpaper collection includes Paradisea, Wagner, Ginko (shown) and Arabesq and was designed by the company in partnership with designers Vito Nesta, Francesca Greco and Nina Farré.
Fantini’s Nice collection by Matteo Thun and Antonio Rodriguez offers eye-catching colors combined with translucent elements that create surprising optical effects. According to the designers, Nice is an homage to the essence of water and its beauty: transparent, fresh and colorful.
The Edge door set collection from Rocky Mountain Hardware features a 2-in-wide escutcheon versus the standard 2.5-in. model. This slimmer profile adds a contemporary choice, and the collection is available in such finishes as Wire – a tangle of lines enwrapping the surface – and Moonscape, created by a bronze overpour. Edge includes an offering of all door hardware functions, including entry, interior and sliding, and architects and interior designers can specify their style of lever to match with the Edge escutcheon plate, as well as propose individualized adaptions and modifications to satisfy a client’s tastes and needs.
Playdoodles by Flavor Paper is a lively wallpaper mural designed by NYC-based artist Jon Burgerman. Its 3D Play-Doh illustrations include a half-eaten cookie, a laid-back corn on the cob and an abstract creature that appears to be a melting frog in a bonnet. Hundreds of dough characters were individually photographed and arranged into a repeating group to create the design.
Pablo’s Belmont pendant designed by Brad Ascalon re-envisions the traditional fabric shade lamp with the warmth of handcrafted furniture. Its form creates a natural canvas for displaying a variety of textiles from premium wool to colorful woven fabrics that can be paired with a solid wood armature in white ash, walnut or black-stained ash. Belmont can be hung individually or in clusters, and it is available in 22- and 26-in. models.
The Vignoni Collection from Simas is characterized by egg-shaped lines and includes furniture, a sink, rimless toilet a bidet offerings. The furniture collection features a thick countertop with a light oak finish, and the piece floats against the wall. Completing the collection is a modular drawer in a matte white or anthracite finish, as well as two rectangular vanity mirrors.
Wilsonart’s Benjamin Grey decorative laminate design is a soft grey Jerusalem stone look with movement and detail shown through subtle shifts. Part of the company’s new Curated Luxury Collection, the design is part of the “Creative Intrigue” category.
The Glass School Pendant Light from Davey Lighting – an Original BTC brand – has been repurposed in anthracite, opal and clear glass for a classic and fresh look. It is available in two sizes, and each glass shade is hand blown in the Original BTC’s glass factory and fitted with a brass or weathered brass chain and ceiling rose. The anthracite and clear glass shades show off the filament-exposed light bulb.
Pescara faucets from Franke are available in four styles: pulldown faucet (comes in three sizes), a deck-mount pot filler, wall-mount pot filler and prep faucet. The pulldown faucets feature an intuitive switch that allows for altering between full and needle spray; water-saving flow rates between 1.75 – 2.2 gpm; and three finishes: polished chrome, steel or satin nickel.
