AJK Design Studio debuted its most design-forward, customizable line of vent covers in designs and finishes that can be customized to any specifications. Company founder and designer, Annie Kantor, develops patterns based on hand-drawn sketches and paintings and uses precision laser and water-jet technology. The steel covers are suitable for floors or can be wall or ceiling mounted. Shown is the Streamlined wall register cover.

Artistic Tile’s Swingin’ Chevron pattern – shown here in the blue blend – emulates the jazz clubs of the 1920s. This blue glass blend, which is suitable for wall applications, includes Detroit, denim and bb blue, as well as trumpet turquoise.
The Glamericana wallpaper collection from Flavor Paper is shown here in Marilyn Reversal and is available in single-color prints that alternate between negative and positive images, depending on the viewing angle. Colorways include carbon on black mylar, sandshell on matte gold, silver on chrome mylar and matte white on white mica.
Designed by Karim Rashid, the Nafir pendants from AXO Light recall a row of trumpets as either standalone lights or in groups of three. Nafir is made of white injection-molded plastic and is available in three different colors.
Sonoma Forge introduces the Strap collection, inspired by the simplicity of a U-bolt fastener. With an industrial feel and a modern appearance, the collection has a standard split finish of satin black and satin nickel.
Designer Christopher Poehlmann created the Crystal Wand Pendant series for CP Lighting. The line starts with the basic frosted cylinder as a highly functional ambient pendant, equaling the output of a frosted 60-watt incandescent bulb. Clear and frosted acrylic coupled with crystals give the line a touch of glam.
From Curio Lights, the Hype Triple Pendant encourages playful interaction alongside unique functionality. Made of aluminum and plastic, the pendant can give off five different colors and comes with Bluetooth and touch control.
Duravit has paired with designer Philippe Starck for the Cape Cod collection, a new line inspired by the relaxed elegance of New England. One of four wood finish options makes up the vanity counters, framed by a smooth, chrome frame that forms a diagonal with the floor. Cape Cod also features three different washbasins, all with a slim rim.
The new S-line system from EasyDrain is an invisible and stylish drainage system for showers, specially developed to enable secondary drainage while the pre-assembled sealing membrane ensures a 100 percent waterproof installation. The S-line has a flexible wall connection for simple installation and is easily applicable in wooden floors, concrete floors and shower boards.
Fantini Rubinetti’s Mint single-lever washbasin mixer boasts a brushed stainless steel make for long durability and a contemporary look.
The new Ambient Series from Franke Kitchen Systems encompasses a full range of kitchen faucets and complementary components along with a sleek, contemporary design and water-saving flow rates. Along with a 16-1/2-in.-tall pulldown kitchen faucet, Ambient also includes prep and bar faucets, all equipped with a brass pulldown, dual-spray head that extends up to 21 inches.
The Kubista Series from LACAVA includes a collection of vanities, integrated vanity tops and faucets for showers and tubs, as well as accessories. The collection follows the look of modern contemporary with an almost rigid style adorned only by stainless steel trims.
Forged in solid brass, the Swan Neck handle from Turnstyle Designs fits well into either a classic or contemporary environment. Along with four metal finishes, the Swan Neck also comes with the option for a leather sleeve.
Walker Zanger has partnered with Robert A.M. Stern Architects for a new collection of ceramic tiles. With names like Luxor, Aegean and Wave, the new styles reimagine fundamental architectural elements as ceramic tile in a broad palette of hues and surfaces.
The Fascino bath collection by Gessi includes faucets for bath sinks, showers and tubs; pedestal, vessel and wall-hung sinks; showerheads; tubs; and accessories, including towel bars, soap and lotion dispensers, soap holders, etc. The collection features a modern-traditional dynamic, a retro look and bevel details.
The Grande Manhattan collection from Hardware Renaissance provides upscale, urban glamour in a contemporary design with a textured bronze inlay. The company’s hardware is all hand forged and then heated in preparation for the wax, which when applied darkens the piece and seals the finish.
Hudson Valley Lighting’s Emmett fixture features glossy, enameled shade cups that emulate the 1050s style, as well as flame-polished glass diffusers for the finial. The glass’s pressed bead pattern echoes the embossed accents along the shade’s rim, and the fixture is available in one- or two-light varieties in two finishes: black and polished chrome or white and polished chrome.
ROHL and Jörger present the Florale Crystal line of three-hole, widespread lavatory faucets with hand-cut crystal handles in jewel tones, including amber, black, amethyst and clear as crystal. The faucets are available in a variety of finishes, such as chrome, platinum, platinum matte, sunshine, sunshine matte and gold.
The FREE collection of vanities from Ronbow was designed by Claudia Danelon and Federico Meroni. The flexible collection features clean lines and a linear aesthetic and allows the user to configure the pieces in a variety of ways. It is available in three sizes – 31, 47 and 63 inches – and two finishes, including light bamboo and white.
Samuel Heath’s Royal Crown Derby Collection is a combination of hand-finished brassware and hand-molded and painted, fine bone china. It includes side valves, hand showers, controls and accessories with either gold or platinum decoration, which are incorporated into fixtures for the bath – both deck and wall mounted. Basin choices include high and low spouts with a choice of lever or cross-top controls. For the bath, three- and four-hole options are available, as well as a selection of bath/shower mixers. The collection is available in antique gold-finished brass components combined with 22-carat gold decoration fired into the fine bone china. Chrome and polished nickel finishes are paired with platinum decoration.
Collection O by Studio Putman and available from THG Paris embodies a modern, sculptural form and incorporates the famous ring designed by Olivia Putman’s mother, Andrée Putman. The rings serve as basin handles and are used throughout a complete line of bath fittings and accessories.
The Verso Tall 470 vanity collection from The Furniture Guild mixes signature heirloom quality with an edgy, minimalist vibe. With a wall-mounted design that appears to float above the floor, the Verso series can be configured in a variety of sizes and styles and is available in a single- or double-basin design. The vanities are available in 50 different finishes, and the Guildstone countertops are customizable according to width, shape and overhang. The interiors can be made to order with LED lighting, integrated electrical and hair dryer storage.
Victoria + Albert’s new Ionian tub is ideal for smaller bathrooms with compact footprints. It features a distinctive variable-width rim that enhances its subtle oval design and helps to create a modern but understated freestanding bath.
Watermark’s new couture Jem Collection uses Swarovski crystals in both the faucet spout and the handles. Each spout and handle is immersed in New York City water for four days to ensure the crystals remain in place. Three crystal colors are available: Crystal Aurore Boreale, Jet Hematite and Crystal Argent Light.
The Sync kitchen series from Dornbracht and developed in partnership with Sieger Design features an angular, pulldown spout designed to fit the faucet’s slender and precise design. It can swivel 360 degrees, offering freedom of movement, and features two flow modes: a powerful spray and a regular laminar flow. Sync is available in polished chrome and platinum matte-plated finishes that are resistant and ideal for kitchen use.
Artek’s Wall Drawer, which was designed by Alvar Aalto, is a multi-purpose storage element that can be used in smaller kitchen and bath spaces, as well as bedrooms, foyers and offices.
