Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles announces its sixth-annual Southeastern Designer Showhouse—Tuxedo at the Park—a new-construction residence located directly across from Atlanta’s beloved Chastain Park. The showhouse will be open to the public for tours from April 29 – May 23, 2021.

Located at 4047 Tuxedo Road NW, the Southeastern Showhouse is situated on half an acre and features five bedrooms, five full bathrooms, two powder rooms, pool and pool cabana, plus a finished basement.

Designed to offer an active lifestyle to those who enjoy living and entertaining both indoors and out, the 8,000-sq.-ft. residence features an Art Deco aesthetic executed by design-build dream team Benecki, Source, William T. Baker Residential Design and Land Plus.

Built with transitional, functional design front of mind, Southeastern Showhouse highlights include a modern, open floor plan on the main level, a pool lounge with barrel vaulted ceilings and folding glass walls that fully open to the pool and backyard with artificial turf, custom his-and-hers closets in a spacious primary suite, a mudroom, an upstairs playroom and a laundry room. A bar, a game room, a golf simulator lounge, a gym and a TV room are among the spaces in a finished basement built for play.

Nineteen of the Southeast’s top interior designers will put their signature stamp on the residence’s interiors.

Boxwoods Gardens & Gifts will host a pop-up shop throughout run-of-show and limited-capacity weekly events—such as floral demonstrations, sip and stroll tours, Pilates by the pool and more—welcome spring with Southern style.

The Showhouse benefits Atlanta History Center. Tickets are available at the door or through April 25 by visiting southeasternshowhouse.com.
