Lineadecor, a leading international kitchen furniture brand manufactured in Turkey and designed with Italian gusto since 1991, welcomed 75 event attendees to its showroom for the National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA) Manhattan Chapter’s “What’s New What’s Next” Kitchen & Bath Industry Show (KBIS) recap event. The event highlighted the biggest trends featured at this year’s KBIS 2020, which took place in Las Vegas in January.

Toni Sabatino, president of the NKBA Manhattan Chapter welcomed attendees to the event before turning the program over to host Lineadecor to introduce the New York team members to the kitchen and bath community following their premier at KBIS.

“It was our first time exhibiting at KBIS, and I was overwhelmed by the response we received,” said Arzu Ertas, director of U.S. operations for Lineadecor. “From sourcing new business that builds on our strong presence in the U.S. market over the past 15 years, to building new industry relationships, we are thrilled to be working with and strengthening our bonds NKBA members.”

Dawn Deluca, a member of NKBA and owner of Dawn Deluca on Design, was the evening’s presenter recapping the trends of KBIS. She highlighted ways the industry is incorporating glam into products through materials, textures and color. Deluca predicted an influx of color with green taking a leading role.

She explained how producers are becoming more innovative with materials with an eco-friendly focus and by playing with classic materials in new ways with use of mirrors, leather, metals and tile. Customization will continue to be a leading trend as consumers desire to personalize their space to their individual needs and tastes.
