NKBA Celebrates the Launch of its New Official Publication: Kitchen & Bath Business Magazine

May 10, 2019

The National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA), the authority on all things residential kitchen and bath, and trade show producer Emerald Expositions joined forces last month to spotlight the rebranding of Kitchen & Bath Business magazine with the April 2019 issue as the official publication of NKBA the Kitchen & Bath Industry Show (KBIS).

The NKBA and Emerald have a longstanding relationship. NKBA owns KBIS while Emerald produces the mega trade show and publishes KBB (which had already been the official KBIS magazines). The new magazine partnership is a natural extension, bringing all editorial under one banner. Included in the April issue is a special 16-page section dedicated to this year’s record-breaking expo.

A party celebrating the partnership and the April issue was held in the Currey & Co. showroom during High Point Spring Market in High Point, N.C. Suzie Williford, NKBA’s EVP of industry relations and chief strategy officer, and Natasha Selhi, publisher of KBB, served as co-hosts for the event, dubbed “Perfect Pairs” to demonstrate the importance of strategic partnerships and how collaborations better the industry.

Other “pairs” included KBB executive editor Chelsie Butler and NKBA creative content manager Dianne Pogoda; Currey & Co. creative director Cecil Adams and brand ambassador Denise McGaha, and NKBA Insiders Rebekah Zaveloff, CKD, KitchenLab LLC and Elle H-Millard, CKD, CLIPP, and NKBA editor at large.

One lucky guest, Natasha Gillotti, won’t forget this party soon: as part of the celebration, the design student at Marywood University won a trip to KBIS 2020 next January.
