June 8, 2018
The Okin family, owners of Green Art, showed off their new showroom in Huntington Station, New York, at an event that welcomed more than 300 guests, including Genevieve Gorder from TLC’s “Trading Spaces.” Additional attendees at the Grand Opening celebration were interior designer Keith Mazzei and friends from Cancos Tile, whose products can be found throughout the showroom’s kitchen and bath displays.
“When we were considering our business expansion, we immediately thought Huntington would be the perfect spot for North Shore customers to find everything they need for their home,” said Green Art Vice President Alex Okin. The showroom houses a large inventory of kitchen and bath fixtures, cabinetry, lighting and home products and welcomes homeowners, interior designers, plumbers and remodelers. Contractors and plumbers can visit the parts counter to pick up the plumbing, heating and irrigation supplies as early as 7 a.m.
The 5,000+-sq.-ft. showroom, constructed by Field Construction of New York and designed by Green Art Showroom Manager Jerod Palagi, features an array of choices in a comfortable, user-friendly environment with lots of hands-on working displays. Top brands include KOHLER, Robern, Pennville Cabinetry, Dimplex and Kichler, among others.
