Waterstone Faucets has been awarded in two categories at the 2021 Decorative Plumbing and Hardware Association (DPHA) Conference and Showcase. The Southern California manufacturer won Customer Service Team of the Year and Cabinet Hardware of the Year at the annual DPHA event, which was held last month.

The Cabinet Hardware of the Year award was given to Waterstone’s Industrial Heavy Duty Appliance Hardware, which launched in March 2021. Machined from U.S. sourced solid brass with diamond knurling, Waterstone’s Industrial Appliance Pulls were praised for their thoughtful design — engineered to be smooth where the hand touches the pull and with a slight oval shape for comfort.

The Customer Service Department of the Year award is judged on responsiveness, courtesy, knowledge, ability to go above and beyond and overall performance. DPHA’s Product of the Year Program recognizes uniqueness, design, functionality, innovation and technological superiority. The nominees are reviewed by an independent judging panel of distinguished industry editors, designers and professionals.
