2020 and Promob to Merge Business Operations

2020 announced today the planned merger of its business operations with Promob Software Solutions (Promob). The combination of these two industry-leading software providers will bring more robust solutions to existing and prospective customers, along with newly developed opportunities across the globe. The Promob business, headquartered in Caxias do Sul, Brazil, will continue to operate under the Promob brand. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

2020 is the only global provider of applications, solutions and content for interior space planning, omni– channel retail and furniture manufacturing, delivering an end-toend solution that offers a compelling alternative to ad hoc integration of multiple source component products.

Promob leads the market in Latin America with interior space planning applications, solutions and content tailored for designers, architects, retailers and manufacturers. Promob operates and has offices in multiple countries including Argentina, Colombia, Peru, Mexico, South Africa and Spain and more than 80,000 users of their software.

The combination of 2020 and Promob represents a significant expansion of the company’s global leadership and includes tens of thousands of local, independent kitchen and bathroom dealers as well as many of the world’s largest home improvement retailers and manufacturers. The combined team of more than 850 employees will provide global support to multinational customers located across the world.
