ColorSnap Expands

Sherwin-Williams ColorSnap application is now available for Android users, joining iPhone, BlackBerry versions. The app allows users to match colors to the Sherwin-Williams palette, a handy tool for designers on the go.
With ColorSnap, users can obtain coordinating colors or create a custom palette; search for specific colors; finely tune colors using lightness and saturation features; save colors to a library to compare palettes or share via Facebook and email; learn detailed color information, including color names, RGB values and light reflectance value numbers; and find a nearby Sherwin-Williams store.
For users accessing ColorSnap via an iPhone, they can obtain additional inspiration by shaking their phone after a taking a photo to receive a randomly selected palette that coordinates with the colors captured in the image.
