Devon&Devon Opens a New Store in Padua
July 26, 2016
Devon&Devon has opened a new franchise store in Padua in cooperation with the Chiappetta family, the exclusive distributor in the Veneto region of the French Roche Bobois brand. Just a month after the inauguration of its second flagship store in the United States, the bathroom furnishings brand continues to expand with the Padua location, further strengthening its presence in Italy.
In Padua, an ancient city of art and the guardian of the works of Giotto and Daniel Libeskind, Devon&Devon has opted for the Piazza Insurrezione in the heart of the city, where brand art director Paola Tanini designed the layout of the showroom. Housed in an early-20th-century building and comprising two floors and more than 250 sq. m., the space features eight large street windows that provide an uninterrupted view of the Devon&Devon collections. The Aurora Bijoux and President bathtubs and the Bentley and Bogart vanity units take center stage together with the Crystal Memphis and Colette consoles.
A large area at the entrance to the store is dedicated to Bath Couture, Devon&Devon’s custom project dedicated to bespoke bathroom furnishing solutions made in cooperation with Florentine master craftsmen.
