Lamps Plus Rebrands Professional Trade Division to Lamps Plus Pros
February 13, 2019
Lamps Plus, the nation’s largest specialty lighting retailer, has rebranded its division serving the professional trade to Lamps Plus Pros.
The rebranding includes a new website, LampsPlus.com/Pros, featuring an improved user interface. The division was previously known as Lamps Plus Professionals for almost 20 years.
Lamps Plus Pros serves interior designers, builders, architects, contractors and electricians with dedicated account managers and same-day shipping for weekday orders placed before 2 p.m. Pacific Time for products currently in stock in the company’s California warehouse. Trade professionals sign up online for the free service and can browse exclusive on-trend products value engineered to ensure they are available at trade pricing.
“Lamps Plus Pros reflects the evolution of our renowned program for the professional trade,” said Dennis Swanson, founder and CEO of Lamps Plus. “Interior designers, contractors, builders and architects know they can rely on Lamps Plus Pros for all their clients’ lighting and home furnishings needs, just as homeowners depend on Lamps Plus for in-store and online retail shopping. The rebranding reflects the improvements and updates we’ve made to streamline our services for professional customers.”
The division offers the guidance from account managers typically with more than five years of experience at the company – some more than 13 years – who are American Lighting Association-certified to ensure expertise. Interior designers that frequently use Lamps Plus Pros develop a one-on-one relationship with their account manager based on frequent interaction and timely service.
Lamps Plus Pros will exhibit at the Kitchen & Bath Industry Show (KBIS), Booth #BL30011 in the Salon by KBIS, Feb. 19-21, in Las Vegas.
