Belwith Products to Expand, Rebrand

For more than a century, Belwith Products has been a leader in hardware, starting in 1893 with Keeler Brass setting up shop in Grand Rapids, Michigan, to provide premium decorative hardware for the thriving, local furniture business. The business continued to expand its offerings and capabilities over the years, with the addition and acquisition of Belwith Hardware in the 1970s. And now the company is ready to add another major milestone along its 126-year old timeline with the introduction of a series of new and expanded products and services across its family of brands.

“Today, our company offers a variety of solutions for homeowners, designers and furniture manufacturers, but we are ready to make a commitment to expand our offerings,” said Dan Kennard, president of Belwith Keeler Décor Solutions. “And as a part of our expansion, we are unveiling a new name that better reflects the breadth of our capabilities: Belwith Keeler Décor Solutions.”

According to Kennard, who took the leadership helm of the family of brands in January, the name shift encompasses the company’s deep roots by creating a hybrid of both legacy brands, Keeler and Belwith. Most importantly, the name change more accurately defines the company’s ability to meet and exceed industry needs from shipping, distribution, displays and product program needs of all its customers.

The Belwith Keeler Décor Solutions family of brands include Belwith-Keeler, Keeler, Hickory Hardware and First Watch Security.
