New Happenings at Duravit
March 21, 2016
Duravit USA has expanded its team with the addition of Candy Meekma as national projects coordinator. In her new role, Meekma will utilize her extensive industry experience to coordinate and support communication across all company departments.
“This position requires someone with a deep understanding of how to best serve customers,” said Duravit USA President Tim Schroeder. “Candy’s industry expertise makes her a prime candidate for this role, and we look forward to integrating her insight into our Duravit USA customer relations strategy.” Meekma comes to Duravit with project coordination experience in the HVAC industry segment. For more than a decade, she worked extensively on commercial and residential projects in her roles as customer sales coordinator and later, service sales assistant at Trane.
Additionally, Duravit has expanded its distribution network on the West Coast. With a focus in Northern California and Northern Nevada, Duravit’s newest partner, DSC Pacific, began sales and distribution of Duravit products earlier this month. Founded in 1991, DSC Pacific has established a reputation for providing the region with products from both decorative and industrial manufacturers.
“DSC Pacific has impressed us with its professionalism and ability to grow lasting relationships with its customers, and we’re pleased to count them among our partners,” said Schroeder.
