Moen listened to its customers and found showroom consultants, plumbers and installers had one thing in common: They all experienced situations in which they needed expedited, reliable shipping for certain projects. In response, the company has launched Moen Express Direct.

The Moen Express Direct option offers same-day shipment on all Moen Wholesale, Cleveland Faucet Group (CFG), bath accessory and Moen Commercial products with available inventory. Orders placed by 2 p.m. EST (with free ground shipping) or by 4 p.m. EST (with air shipping) will ship the same day. Wholesalers will pay a flat fee plus applicable shipping charges for Moen, CFG, Commercial and bath accessory products.

“At Moen we listen to our customers and take pride in thoughtfully designing products and services that will enhance their business…and this type of program is one they’ve been seeking,” said Andrea Conroy, senior director of marketing, Moen U.S. Wholesale. “Moen’s current standard processing time for a product order is four days, which is excellent in this industry. But now, Moen Express Direct provides our customers with an option for those situations when standard shipping isn’t fast enough.”
