Now in it’s second year, the Innovative Showroom Awards celebrate existing showrooms in the kitchen and bath space that are doing a great job of engagement, creating an unforgettable experience and educating their customers. Showrooms will be judged on their innovative, unique and interactive showroom design.

“Retail showrooms and the experience they provide are vital to our industry,” said Brian Pagel, vice president of the Kitchen and Bath Group, Emerald Expositions. “They are tasked with educating and engaging consumers on the latest in kitchen and bath innovations. We want to continue to recognize the important role they play and are pleased that American Standard shares that vision.”

The 2016 Innovative Showroom Awards are exclusively sponsored by American Standard Brands and GROHE, who are returning to KBIS alongside DXV brand as part of LIXIL Water Technology.

A panel discussion exploring innovation in showroom design will be held on Tuesday, January 19, from 3:00 – 3:45 p.m. on the KBISNeXT stage in South Hall. The panel discussion will include two Advisory Board Members and three of the top 15 finalists. An Awards Ceremony will take place from 3:45 – 4:15 p.m. on the KBISNeXT stage, and a cocktail celebration will immediately follow at the KBISNeXT Bar.

The People’s Choice Award will be determined by the public via Facebook voting, which will take place after KBIS for one week (Jan. 27 to Feb. 5). One showroom from the Top 15 will be awarded the People’s Choice Award.
