GE’s 2014 Kitchen Display Design Competition website recently went live. The company’s inaugural competition challenges each entrant to use its high-end Monogram appliances in their design, such as the newly announced dishwasher and the French door built-in refrigerator.
Entrants will design a GE Monogram kitchen display for the GE Appliances Global Customer Center, and the first-place winner will receive a $10,000 cash prize and a trip to Louisville, Ky., for the winner’s announcement.
The deadline to submit a kitchen display for consideration is Feb. 14, 2014. To submit, please visit: http://bit.ly/1frgzfn.
The second-place winner will receive $5,000, and the designer who wins third place will receive $2,500. Winners will be chosen by a panel of kitchen designers, industry professionals and GE employees by March 3, 2014.
