The 43rd-annual San Francisco Decorator Showcase has hosted its first-ever virtual event, showcasing the work of more than 20 top interior and landscape designers who have transformed 27 distinct spaces. Because of public health concerns around COVID-19, in-person tours will not be permitted.

Instead, this year’s San Francisco Decorator Showcase includes a comprehensive walk-through video tour of the home and landscaped spaces and an interactive 3D self-guided tour. The Mediterranean-style house at 22nd Avenue is located in the West Clay Park neighborhood near Seacliff and the Presidio.

Originally set to open in late April, work halted on the 6,500-sq.-ft. home in March when the city’s stay-at-home public health order was issued. With the easing of restrictions to allow for construction and other activities, designers returned to safely complete their spaces. Built in 1926, the home features three levels and includes five bedrooms, five and a half baths, a media/entertainment space, reading room and a wine cellar.
