AHF Products Announces Organizational Changes
March 15, 2022
AHF Products announced organizational changes and a series of promotions, including the appointment of Jennifer Zimmerman to chief commercial officer and Chris King to senior vice president of sales & marketing.
“AHF Products just celebrated our third year as a company in December, and we are thriving through innovation, listening to our customers and investing in talent,” said AHF Products President & CEO Brian Carson. “Our next chapter begins now, and we remain committed to investing in our future through new products, technology and people.
“We believe our greatest advantage is our people. Both Jennifer and Chris have played crucial roles in AHF Products’ overall growth strategy. They have a passion for the industry and are committed to providing our customers with a best-in-class experience.”
Zimmerman takes on the position following the retirement of Mike Bell, who served multiple key roles since joining the Armstrong companies in 2011, then with Armstrong Flooring Inc., and with AHF Products after Armstrong Flooring Inc., divested its solid and engineered wood flooring business in 2019.
Zimmerman will assume overall leadership responsibility for customer-facing functions, including sales, marketing, product management, R&D and customer service. She previously served as general counsel at AHF Products at the carve out from Armstrong Flooring. In 2020, she added vice president of Resilient to her responsibilities as AHF Products expanded into the vinyl category.
King was named senior vice president of both AHF Sales & Marketing. King has held multiple leadership roles in the flooring industry since 2014, first with Armstrong Flooring Inc., and later with AHF Products. In this expanded role, King will lead sales and marketing for all channels across the company’s wood, resilient and laminate product categories in both the residential and commercial sectors.
Steve Bullock, vice president of manufacturing, is retiring in early March. Harry Bogner, vice president of operations, will be assuming the responsibility for all U.S. wood manufacturing operations. Bogner served in multiple key roles in Armstrong and Mohawk’s wood operations for years prior to joining Cumberland Products/American OEM and will seamlessly handle this expanded role.
“These organizational changes have been planned and orchestrated very thoughtfully with lots of input from various stakeholders,” said Carson. “Such changes are a natural part of our evolution that provide excellent opportunities for our people who are prepared to step up into expanded roles as the company grows. We are blessed with deep talent and expertise throughout our team, and we are positioned well for the next stage of our amazing journey to grow and prosper together.”
