Brandon Hoffman and Teresa Salvador

November 30, 2020

British home fashion label Buster + Punch has announced two new hires to the company’s North American sales and operations teams: Teresa Salvador, sales operations manager, and Brandon Hoffman, Eastern regional sales manager. The new hires come off the heels of the company’s continued expansion of operations in North America tied to its strategic sales and marketing initiatives, which includes their retail partnerships and their engaged architect and designer trade professional community, who share a passion and enthusiasm for the brand.

Hoffman’s role as Eastern regional sales manager with Buster + Punch North America will leverage his experience in direct sales with his background in communications and social media marketing, contributing to the strategic development of the dealer network in existing and new markets, project specification and retail partnerships. He will also oversee and direct the independent sales agencies in the Eastern region. Hoffman was previously the national director of sales for PITT Cooking Systems, where he developed and managed the dealer network and A+D specification platform. This was preceded by his role as outside sales executive at Porcelanosa, where he led initiatives within the A+D community and contributed to driving large-scale hospitality and residential installations.

As sales operations manager at the Buster + Punch North American headquarters, Teresa Salvador will facilitate the management of multiple departments, including sales and customer service, with an additional two new customer service hires under her supervision. Salvador brings more than six years of operational and quality excellence experience in the business process outsourcing industry to the new role, having managed inside sales, customer service, process integration and compliance at Inspiro. The North American customer support team works out of the North Hollywood, Calif., headquarters, with some team members still working remotely.

“We are thrilled to welcome Teresa and Brandon to Buster + Punch North America,” said Martin Preen, CEO of Buster + Punch. “Our growing North American team gives our company the ability to not only thrive in this market, but provide our customers, dealers and sales agents the best care and service.”

Buster + Punch‘s hiring news is the latest of several announcements this year, which include the announcement of £7 Series B funding announcement in September, launch of the refreshed global website and the release of several new-look collections to continue dropping through 2021.
