DCS Announces Expansion of North American Team

DCS has announced the expansion of its North American team. This new structure is timely as the DCS brand continues to garner great awareness and recognition across North America.

The internal promotions of Matt Sinclair as vice president, Justin Monroy as director of sales, Tatiana Lopez as marketing manager and the new hire of Mike Turner as senior product manager build a diversely talented team poised to lead the DCS brand to new heights in the premium outdoor market. This reorganization is a focused move for the team to attain aggressive sales targets, continue to expand brand awareness and delegate dedicated resources at a new level.

The team brings together a diverse skill set, range of talents and shared passion for DCS and the American grilling culture. They encompass a rich knowledge of the company’s great outdoors legacy and heritage. The DCS North American team’s roles and responsibilities include:

Matt Sinclair, Vice President, DCS
Sinclair has served many roles across Fisher & Paykel over the course of his 26-year tenure with the brand, most recently serving as general manager of Canada. In his new position as vice president of DCS, Sinclair returns to Costa Mesa to lead this highly experienced team, He brings a deep knowledge and understanding of the brand’s premium outdoor lifestyle offerings as well as its human-centered design philosophy.

Justin Monroy, Director of Sales, DCS
Following a successful four years as market development manager for the DCS brand, Monroy has been promoted to director of sales for DCS. A product expert, with 15 years of industry experience, Monroy has an expansive understanding of the brand’s portfolio and the outdoor premium appliance market across North America. As director of sales, Monroy will oversee and lead Outdoor Sales Specialists across regions for DCS. 

Tatiana Lopez, Marketing Manager, DCS
Lopez moves into a new role as marketing manager for DCS following three years within Fisher & Paykel’s marketing team. Throughout her time at the company, Lopez has garnered increased focus and responsibility on outdoor initiatives related to DCS. She has worked closely with Monroy during her tenure and led on the DCS North American social strategy. 

Mike Turner, Senior Product Manager, DCS
Turner joins the company as senior DCS product manager. As a seasoned manager, Turner brings experience with a background in the home appliance and CE Industries. Turner is aligned with sales goals and product promotion across the DCS strategy and looks forward to immersing himself in the outdoor appliance market to succeed in this role.
