Executive Change at Hardware Renaissance

November 23, 2021

Luxury hardware creator Hardware Renaissance is pleased to welcome Larry Allen to their executive team as Senior Director of Business Development. Allen is an energetic and resourceful leader with intuition, perception and strong interpersonal skills. He has extensive credentials in building luxury brands; best acknowledged for successfully launching and establishing Gessi, an Italian bath wellness brand in the North American market. Under the creative guidance of president and co-founder Anagha Dandekar, the Hardware Renaissance team has focused on the art form, with products that lead in a category that beckons customization. Larry hopes to enhance that artistic direction towards achieving new goals that elevate the Hardware Renaissance brand.

“Larry shares our passion for excellence, and his philosophy to create a brand that is superior as far as service and product design aligns perfectly with ours,” said Anagha Dandekar, president and co-founder of Hardware Renaissance. “He’s already been instrumental in helping us to shape and define our strategic initiatives and collaborations. We are excited to re-launch the company and are poised to be the leader in providing one-of-a-kind artistic creations unlike anything else on the market.”

Hardware Renaissance was established in 2002 with the mission to be a different kind of hardware company. Their concept of connecting the customer with the craftsman inspired the young company to be led first by an appreciation of art. Their business plan put the focus on quality materials crafted sustainably and finished with artistry. Today, Hardware Renaissance is a global brand with a sterling reputation for crafting phenomenal bespoke hardware and a love of custom projects, big or small.

As the company prepares to increase marketing strategies and unveil new designs, Allen will play an integral role in getting the Hardware Renaissance message to key industry figures through his extensive connections with decorative kitchen and bath manufacturers as well as architectural, design, and hospitality-related organizations. Targeted messages will focus on Hardware Renaissance’s extensive custom work capabilities, beautiful patina finishes and exceptional product lines, such as hand-forged iron and sand-cast bronze collections
