Fisher & Paykel Announces Two North America Leadership Appointments

Jennifer Bradley, Vice President of Product Management and Julia Murphy, Senior Director of People & Capability for North America

Fisher & Paykel and DCS are pleased to announce the new leadership appointments of Jennifer Bradley as vice president of product management and Julia Murphy as senior director of people & capability for North America. Both women join the premium indoor and outdoor kitchen appliance brand bringing a wealth of career experience, passion and knowledge to their respective roles.

Bradley brings with her more than 20 years of experience managing products and marketing in the luxury lifestyle sectors. She is a visionary leader with a proven ability to create and drive comprehensive market strategies, product stories that differentiate the brand and engagement with the target consumer. Murphy brings with her more than 15 years of experience partnering with leaders across various industries to deliver talent solutions that maximize organizational effectiveness and employee engagement. The Fisher & Paykel executive team welcome Bradley and Murphy with great admiration and look forward to their valuable contributions.

Bradley will be responsible for the vision, strategic planning, execution and profitability of the Fisher & Paykel and DCS product line in the North American market across retail, builder and ecommerce channels. Leading the launch of new product introductions and overseeing product performance, her responsibilities encompass strategically driving increase in market share to deliver profitable growth. She looks forward to bringing her knowledge of retail partnerships and consumer relationships to the luxury appliance industry.

Bradley joins Fisher & Paykel following an executive position at DITA Eyewear serving as global vice president of product and marketing for more than three years. Previous to DITA Eyewear, Bradley served as senior director of global marketing for Oakley, a brand she spent more than 20 years working with. As a newcomer to the world of appliances, Bradley offers a fresh perspective yet brings a deep knowledge of brand strategy and product storytelling to her new industry vertical.

Murphy will be responsible for Fisher & Paykel’s internal team initiatives, acquiring critical talent, developing employee capability, building organizational effectiveness and driving the employee engagement and culture strategy alongside the leadership team. She looks forward to bringing her prior experience to this role to cultivate and further stimulate engagement and a sense of purpose among employees across the North American team. Additionally, she will oversee the identification, selection and onboarding of the brand’s newest talent.

Prior to joining Fisher & Paykel, Murphy held various positions of increasing responsibility as the business partner and talent leader for Oakley and Luxottica.

Bradley and Murphy will be based in Southern California at Fisher & Paykel‘s North American Headquarters in Costa Mesa, California.
