Floors & More is pleased to announce that Vinnie Virga Jr. has been promoted to the role of vice president for the company. In this role, he will oversee day-to-day operations at the corporate offices in Auburn, Mass., including leading the franchisee and member support team, the new member and franchisee recruiting efforts and vendor relations, as well as managing the digital marketing team.

Vin Virga Sr., CEO said that with Virga Jr.’s exceptional experience positions him well for the change in role. That experience includes having worked in retail doing accounting and sales. He served as the regional manager of a five-store Floor To Ceiling chain. That combined with Virga Jr.’s member services and recruiting experience in his former role as director of membership, along with his engagement with all departments at Floors & More. Virga Jr. is uniquely qualified to help members, franchisees, vendors and the corporate staff grow and have success in 2021.

The company enjoyed exceptional growth in store locations and in overall volume in 2020. In addition to Virga Jr.’s recent promotion, several additional talented members have been added to the corporate team.
