Liebherr Hires New Head of Customer Service

Liebherr continues its North American growth strategy by naming Robert “Rob” Marriott as customer service manager. For more than 15 years, Marriott has made a name for himself in the appliance industry, having managed thousands of Independent service contractors and trained thousands more appliance technicians across the nation. As part of the Liebherr team located in South Florida, Marriott will focus on the customer service strategy for the North American market and work in conjunction with the divisional manager and the global customer service manager based in Germany.”
“I am thrilled to be joining Liebherr in beautiful South Florida,” said Marriott. “Liebherr’s reputation is renowned throughout the industry and it’s an honor to bring my experience to this exceptional team.”
Before joining Liebherr, he was director of service operations for Dacor Inc. and was awarded the United Servicers Associations Partnership Award five years in a row. Marriott graduated with an HVAC certification from Kansas City Kansas Area Vocational School and majored in business from Kansas State University.
