NKBA Global Connect Adds Advisor

The National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA), the North American authority on all things residential kitchen and bath, is pleased to announce Jeanne Chung as the newest member of its Global Connect Advisor team. This group consists of subject matter experts in the fields of sales, distribution, channel, marketing, brand, product development, design licensing and business management, for the residential kitchen and bath industry. Each has been selected to offer insights to NKBA Global Connect Subscriber brands interested in entering the North American kitchen and bath marketplace.

“We are so pleased to welcome Jeanne to this talented group of industry professionals,” said Suzie Williford, executive vice president of industry relations and chief strategy officer at NKBA. “She is a wealth of knowledge as it pertains to product and interior design, showroom concepts and trend spotting. A core component of the advisor segment is to provide subscribers with insider access to market knowledge, business insights and the guidance required to succeed in North America. We aim to get the highest caliber of industry talent to mentor the global brands.”

Based in Southern California, interior designer and retailer Chung is known for an eclectic design aesthetic that bridges classic design principles with a modern twist. In addition to heading up her own interior design firm, Cozy Stylish Chic, Chung owns a retail and trade showroom in Pasadena, California, that has become a favorite go-to destination for both designers and design enthusiasts. In early summer 2021, she will be opening Designer Domicile as an extension of the existing showroom. Designer Domicile will house a co-working space for interior designers, a robust design and resource library, and the first Experience Center for Monogram Appliances in Southern California.

Through her design blog “Cozy Stylish Chic,” Jeanne has become recognized as an influencer in the industry and frequently collaborates with brands and manufacturers. She has participated as a designer for the Pasadena Showcase House of Design in 2017, 2018 and 2020, is on the Advisory Board for the Design Influencers Conference and is a member of the Monogram Design Council and Plum Wine Heroes Council for 2021. She has served as a High Point International Furniture Market Authority, where she mentors new designers to market, since 2017. In addition, she and was recently named one of the 50 Most Influential People in Pasadena shaping the community.
