Waterstone Faucets Expands Western U.S. Sales Team

Waterstone Faucets has announced two new hires to the company’s sales teams in the Western market: Christopher Patti, Western regional sales manager and Rachel Damron, Northern California territory manager. The announcement follows Waterstone’s investment in the U.S. Western region as the new sales managers will play a vital role in the brand’s continued sales growth and strengthening of existing client relationships in the West.

Patti brings more than 20 years of experience in the plumbing industry to his new position. Originally from Seattle, Patti moved to San Diego in 2001 where he then advanced through warehouse, showroom and sales management roles at Ferguson Enterprises. In his prior position as Ferguson’s Southern California area showroom manager, Patti was responsible for six locations and $80 million in sales.

Damron’s new title is preceded by her prior role at MAS Sales, a manufacturer representative firm in Phoenix, where she represented clients ranging from high-end decorative to underground plumbing across Arizona, New Mexico, Texas and Utah. As the manufacturer territory sales representative, Damron had consistent yearly sales growth, introduced luxury lines to the U.S. market and was closely involved with the architecture and design community.
