Interior Designer Christopher Grubb Launches Teaching Courses on Construct-Ed

September 7, 2017

Interior designer Christopher Grubb can now add the official title of “instructor” to his resume. The president and founder of Beverly Hills-based Arch-Interiors Design Group recently recorded a series of educational courses for Construct-Ed, the on-demand website site that provides online learning for the pros, by the pros. Grubb drew upon his 25-plus years of experience designing in one of the world’s most elite zip-codes to produce courses that will help others understand the concept of, and create with a focus on, “luxury.”

“I have been invited by several design schools to serve as an instructor, but sadly my schedule doesn’t allow it,” said Grubb. “I find it very fulfilling to share my knowledge via courses that my peers can access any time online. The Construct-Ed courses are an enjoyable way for me to give back to the design community.”

Subjects that Grubb produced for Construct-Ed include “How Contractors Can Work With Designers to Create Luxury Bathrooms” and “Materials That Enhance Remodeling Projects & Give Clients an Unforgettable Experience.” Both of these are topics that Grubb has recently presented to live audiences at trade shows and other industry-related events. A frequent presenter at events like the Kitchen & Bath Industry Show (KBIS), The International Contemporary Furniture Fair (ICFF), NeoCon, Dwell on Design, IIDEX Canada and more, Grubb is also an in-demand expert guest on numerous television and radio shows.

In addition to the Construct-Ed topics, Grubb’s repertoire includes the following topics:

    • “From Main Street to Rodeo Drive: Making Luxury Elements the Design Star.”
    • “Beyond the Surface: Using Texture, Drama, and Luxury Materials in Interior Design Products.”
    • “Designing for Two: Never Compromise, Always Negotiation.”
    • “The ‘finish’ line. What are the Luxury Surfaces in Demand for the client Who Expects Nothing But the Best—No Matter What the Budget.”
    • “How Interior Design Influences Exterior Design.”
    • “Bathroom Trends: The ‘Who’ and ‘What’ You Need to Know.”
