Kips Bay Decorator Show House Dallas Opens

September 22, 2022

The Third Annual Kips Bay Decorator Show House Dallas officially opens to the public Thursday, September 22 at 9250 Meadowbrook Drive in Old Preston Hollow’s Sunnybrook Estates Neighborhood.

Due to unforeseen circumstances surrounding the Preston Hollow Neighborhood, this year’s Dallas Show House will only be open to the public from Thursday, September 22 through Sunday, September 25. For those four days, design lovers, visitors and locals will have the opportunity to tour the completed show house. A 3D virtual video tour is offered for those who are not able to attend in person. Visits to the House must be booked in advance to ensure. Tickets can be purchased here.

The Show House is the nation’s leading design event of the year and a major fundraiser for the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club, as well as Dwell with Dignity, a nonprofit agency dedicated to creating soothing, inspiring homes for families struggling with homelessness and poverty, and The Crystal Charity Ball, another Dallas-based organization whose mission is to aid, support and make contributions to children’s charities in Dallas County.

For those who are interested in donating to the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club, but unable to visit the show house due to the shortened window, donations are accepted on the website and are incredibly appreciated.

“While we have experienced tremendous setbacks this year, we’re incredibly excited that the showhouse is now open to the public”, says James Druckman, President of the Board of the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club. “The designers and architects of this year’s Show House have worked incredibly hard to finalize the showhouse in time for opening, and we couldn’t be more excited to open the door to the public. We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who has shown us support during this process and we’re looking forward to a continued partnership with the city of Dallas.”
