OMNOVA Solutions has launched its INSIGHTS 2020 Lookbook, featuring the latest in laminate finishes and design trends. This is the fifth volume of the Lookbook’s publication.

“INSIGHTS is an annual celebration of emerging design trends coupled with an intimate view of next– generation decorative surfaces,” said Jane Suchla, Creative Manager, Laminates and Films at OMNOVA. “This volume shares designs inspired by the timely occurences in everyday life, including multi-functional living, exploring one’s connection to nature and the act of mindfulness.”

This edition of the INSIGHTS Lookbook, INTENT, includes three design narratives with more than 40 new laminate offerings from OMNOVA.

• Layer – reflects the variegated and sometimes ambiguous patterns of modern working and living environments, celebrating designs that are intentionally inclusive.

• Connect  – tells the story of our connectedness to nature and to each other.

• Transcend – recognizes that understanding one‘s feelings, thoughts and sensations leads to an awakening of both self and spirituality.

While each narrative is focused on a single concept, together they create INTENT, the overarching theme of this year’s INSIGHTS. INTENT is a stripped–down tribute to design fundamentals that looks past the ever–changing array of styles to address the substance of today’s deeper need for sense- making, connection and breathing space.
