Hunter Douglas has launched two new products to offer more control of home windows and coverings.

The Duette LightLock system is engineered to prevent light leakage at the window and create a blissful, 100-percent room blackout effect. Duette Honeycomb Shades with LightLock use U-shaped side channels that overlap the front and back of the shades. The secret to the total room darkening lies within the patent-pending side channel design, which features rows of specially shaped micro-ridges, optimized to absorb or deflect all incoming light while preventing the light from seeping into the room.

Duette TrackGlide with LiteRise (pictured) is a window covering that keeps honeycomb shades in place on tilt-turn windows and French doors. With easy-to-install side tracks and clips, TrackGlide attaches to the mounting surface with adhesive, eliminating the need for unsightly or damaging screws.  Available in four finishes – brass, bronze, pewter and white – side tracks blend seamlessly with most window and door hardware.
