The Artwork collection from Florim‘s Casamood plays with terrazzo through small fragments of material and color designed in a stylized texture with irregular geometries halfway between battuto Veneziano tiles and the Memphis Style patterns of 1980s Milan. With an experimental approach, Artwork investigates its original inspiration to disassemble and reorganize it, transforming an ancient art of tradition into a new, informed and pondered design technique. The project revolves around three shades of color offered in contrasting pairs and is also available in three particle sizes. In addition to these color schemes, there are 12 decorative variations with vitreous-inspired inserts conducive to the interaction with bold and characterizing shapes and colors. The three patterns are available in 10 mm. thickness as well as in the 6 mm. thickness in sizes up to 120 by 240 cm. as part of the Florim Magnum Oversize project.
